nitromethane (Bill) requested this at our Jan 2010 meeting (last night). This is my first "all grain" brew. I did three partial mash brews before this, and was still working out how to mash. It is Batch number 023 and 024 which means it was the 23rd and 24th fermented beverages I made. 14 of the 22 previous beverages were wines/meades and only 8 were Beer, I mention this to point out I was still pretty new to brewing and I wouldn't follow these notes to try and duplicate this beer, but it sure was fun looking at my notes and seeing what I did back then. I am not up to typing all these notes, especially since I would never follow these notes anyway. So I photographed them, I hope they are readable....Kramer
