1.      Introductions

a.      Since we had several new potential members, guests and spouses, we went around the room and everyone introduced themselves.

3.      January Meeting

a.      January 8 – Eric will host if no one else wants to

5.      2010 Presentation Schedule

a.      We need presentations for 2010. Sign up on forum, or let Eric know if you want to present on something. Only needs to be 10-15 minutes.

6.      Imperial Stout Tasting

a.      Eric will be hosting an Imperial Stout tasting at his house sometime in January. This is a non-meeting, attempt to clear out cellar of some good Imperial Stouts. Similar to the Barleywine tasting Dave had last year. (which, by the way, Dave plans to do another one of those in March)

7.      2010 Iron Brewer

a.      Appears to be interest in doing another “iron brewer” event. This year, instead of adjunct sugars, we are looking at doing either hops, grains or spices/herbs.

b.      Discussion is on forum, looks like it might be hops. Details to come.

8.      Yankee Swap

a.      All those that brought gifts got to pick out another gift. We had some very good ones this year.
