Personal Information  : I started on a Mr. Beer Kit almost 2 years
                        ago. After 3 batches and about 6 months I
                        moved to extract/partial mash, then 2 batches
                        later I took the plunge to all grain. I have
                        been brewing all-grain ever since.

Favorite beer styles  : Wild Ales/Gueuze/Lambic and Belgian Quads,
                        dubbels, pales, and tripels.

Special Techniques    : Just started getting into wild ales, lactic
                        fermentation, Brettanomyces. Newest special
                        ingredient - Asian Pears   

Brewing set-up        : All-grain, 10 gallon got cooler mash tun
                        style. Turkey Fryer in the garage style.
                        Hopefully moving to a sort of 3 tier soon

Special interests     : Belgian ales/Wild Fermentation
